CFP Update for Grades 10–12
Call for Proposals (CFP) Update (May 2008)
The following items provide further clarification on the Calls for Proposals (English and French) issued for WNCP Mathematics Grades 10–12:
- WNCP Foundations of Mathematics and Pre-calculus Grade 10 (English and French) CFP–0802
- WNCP Apprenticeship and Workplace Mathematics Grades 10, 11 and 12 (English and French) CFP–0803
- WNCP Pre-calculus Grades 11 and 12 (English and French) CFP–0804
- WNCP Foundations of Mathematics Grades 11 and 12 (English and French) CFP–0805
1. Format of the Teacher Resource
The Teacher Resource section for the proposal, first deliverable, and second deliberable, may be submitted in formatted Word.
2. Blank sample of Student Resource bining
Although eight copies of the proposal package must be submitted, only one blank sample of the Student Resource is required.
3. Page count
The page count of the Final Products (Student Resource and Teacher Resource) is to be within +/- 10% of the page count submitted in the proposal. This requirement will be included in the contract(s) with the selected publisher(s).
4. Retail cost
The retail cost of the Final Products (Student Resource and Teacher Resource) is to be within +/- 5% of the retail cost submitted in the proposal. The English and French language Final Products must have the same retail cost. These requirements will be included in the contract(s) with the selected publisher(s).
5. French language Final Products cost
The cost to produce the French language Final Products (Student Resource and Teacher Resource) is to be within +/- 5% of the cost submitted in the proposal. This requirement will be included in the contract(s) with the selected publisher(s).
